Location
The service will take place at The Bolholt Country Park Hotel, Bury, Manchester, at 2:00pm. Followed by a reception at the same venue at 7:30pm until midnight.
Wedding Breakfast - 3 Course Meal
If you are coming to the ceremony, please let Joshua & Sarah know which Starter, Main and Pudding you would like before the 15th June. If you have any dietry requirements, please let us know.
Leek & Potato Soup, served with the chef's own bread (V).
Smoked Salmon, crayfish and creme fraiche, served on a bruschetta.
Pan Fried strips of sirloin steak and chicken, served with wilted spinach and tossed through a peppercorn sauce.
Roast Vegetable Wellington, served with a spicy tomato and coriander sauce (V).
(Bride's favourite) Chocolate Brownie, served with sea salt ice cream.
(Groom's favourite) Strawberry creme brulee, served with Chantilly cream and shortbread biscuit.

Veggie Sticks - Fresh carrots, peppers and cucumber sticks. Served with a BBQ dip (V).

Chicken Nuggets or Fish Fingers, served with chips & beans or peas.
Sausage and Mash, served with gravy.
